How EasiListing works

A focused pipeline for independent agents — no cold email, no marketing automation bolted on.

1. Step 1

   Create a listing

   Address and city/state/ZIP get you started. Beds, baths, price, and type are optional — add them when you have them. Sign in with a magic link.

2. Step 2

   Upload photos

   JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 10MB each. Photos land in private R2 storage and create a generation job.

3. Step 3

   Generate content

   Cloudflare Function calls Gemini Flash multimodal (or labelled mock mode) and returns structured JSON.

4. Step 4

   Copy, download, regenerate

   When the pack is ready, copy MLS / Instagram / LinkedIn / reel in one tap, download files, or regenerate the whole pack. Brand settings apply when you have set them.
